Who processes your data

What we collect and why

This site is static and requires no registration. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the enquiry form yourself:

• first and last name — to address you and to prepare the reservation;
• email address and phone number — so we can reply;
• stay dates, room type, number of guests and your comment — to check availability and quote a price.

Legal basis and retention

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give with the checkbox on the form, and in order to take steps at your request before entering into an accommodation contract.

Enquiries are kept in the hotel mailbox and deleted once they are no longer needed — at the latest 12 months after the end of the relevant season, unless a stay actually took place, in which case the retention periods under Bulgarian tourism and accounting law apply.

Who else sees the data

The form is delivered through an external form-forwarding service which only passes the message to the hotel mailbox and acts as a data processor. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies, embeds no advertising scripts and uses no third-party web analytics. Fonts are served from this site rather than an external network. That is why there is no consent banner — there is nothing to ask consent for.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to office@ilka-hotel.com.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) in Sofia.
